Senior economist with over 25 years of experience working in the water sector worldwide (in circa 100 countries). Gonzalo specializes in the economic management of water and other natural resources, with emphasis on their complex links with economic and social development. He has worked for more than two decades as an international consultant for multilateral organizations such as the European Commission, the European Parliament, a number of UN agencies and programs, the World Bank Group, the OECD, and others.
